As previously said, I was treated really badly, unsympathetically and like a naughty child despite paying high prices. The customer service - directed by Dr Baig is thoroughly unpleasant, getting grumpy letters and a bill for asking a reasonable question. Meetings being cancelled without warning if you don’t pay 48 hours before an appointment with no reminders and refusal to book when I phoned up to pay straight away, generally felt a lack of respect and support.
