This is apparently not a hospital and is instead a clinic, I found this out after being declined treatment because of my complicated medical history, whilst this is the right decision for my wellbeing I had organised this minor procedure months ago and was only told I had been declined within days of my procedure and have now got to try and rebook my treatment, This late notice is not the way to treat private patients If you want to be cared for safely this isn’t the place to be treated
