They provided perfect wheelchair within 1 month and it's excellent and comfortable to use.

Chair was ordered and delivery went a bit wrong, but reception staff and therapy assistant were helpful.

I was explained what was going to happen, I tested different wheelchairs and then given a follow up appointment before getting the wheelchair. The test was OK and it helped my needs. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
