Beatrice was really helpful. Delivery was within 2-3 days after Occupational therapist referral. I was offered a standard wheelchair and wanted a smaller and a light-weight one that's not taken a lot of space in my small flat and easy to take with me for travel and for my friend to wheel me. Beatrice changed this and delivered it on Tuesday so I was able to visit Van Gogh Alive at Kensington Garden on Sunday with friends. Darren delivered the wheelchair on Tuesday morning adhering with social distancing and helped to store it in my flat. Thanks so much for your excellent service!

I’m a daughter of the patient. I also take care of my mother’s hospital and GP’s appointments. My mother’s Doctor is very caring person. We live not far from my mother’s surgery. My mother use to be able to walk down to the surgery and for shopping. But lately it was not possible with out car. I requested a wheelchair so I can take my mother with out asking other to let us use their car because I don’t have a car. My mother feel more independent and I am appreciate Dr MacLaine she was so kind to send a referral to the City and Hackney wheelchair service. I am also thankful to the Alister who phone for the assessment and he understand my mother’s needs and they deliver the w/c with in two days. We been using the chair since we received. Thanks all so much.

I received my wheelchair within weeks of my initial request/application. The telephone conversation was a very pleasant experience as everything was clearly explained to me. The gentleman who delivered the wheelchair was knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the process and not stressful at all. Thank you.
