I first went to Serena post ankle (arthroscopy) surgery. Serena has given me so much confidence on which exercises I should and shouldn’t be doing for my ankle as well as ideas on how to optimise recovery. She tailors every session to how my ankle is feeling that week. Serena is extremely professional, friendly, positive and makes the sessions enjoyable. I highly recommend Serena as a physiotherapist!
