I have found Elisa to be a compassionate, engaged, knowledgeable and supportive practitioner with whom I felt confident and assured in when working through my treatment plan. Our correspondence was solely text based, using forms or messages, but Elisa's responses were always reassuring, explanatory and encouraging which made me feel heard, validated, and understood. It has been an incredibly positive experience working with Elisa as a practitioner and I'm truly thankful for all her help and support throughout.

Elisa has been so kind and patient, and so helpful with suggestions. I really felt she listened to my concerns and that she was actively engaged in helping me problem solve when side effects etc came along. Titration has been such a positive and supportive experience, and with my medication on board at its best dose my days just run so much better - it's really life changing. Thank you Elisa, really.

Despite everything being done over messages i found Elisa to be an incredibly kind and patient pharmacist who was more than willing to answer whatever questions i had and let me take my time with deciding how i wanted to proceed. Elisa genuinely seemed to care and take interest with my progress, even congratulating me on anecdotes i provided regarding my progress which made the whole process much easier and more personal.
