Staff are always very helpful and polite.

I have to wait longer than 45 hours to my repeat prescription. Today I called for my prescription (which should have been ready) it was the only one left in the basket to be filled. This is a common occurence and as we do not have a car we find it very inconvenient to have to go back. The same happens when the chemist is out of stock several times we have to go back because the item is not available. I was given to understand that the chemist should deliver to us in these circumstances.
