Chelsfield

This is my local chemist and i cannot fault it! There is a particular assitant that makes my visit most pleasurable with his knowledgable, friendly and warm approach.

Late evening lots of people doing things in store only one on counter serving.no one offered to serve whilst I was waiting to hand in prescription.

It took three people and about 5 minutes to find the prescription I was collecting. Not all the prescription was available and I was given a card saying the remainder of the tablets would be available after 4.00 pm on 4th July. I went in on 6.30 pm on 4th July and Tablets weren't there. Also a blister pack had to be cut to supply the required number of tablets for the prescription, but it was badly cut and one of the blisters was open and not sealed as it should have been.

I would like to thank a member of your staff at Windsor Drive Shop. After being very nervous and uncomfortable asking a "man" a womens problem, he was very reassuring and gave me or the information I required. The young man called ??? should be praised for the way he resolved my problem.

Staff in all Lloyds chemists unhelpful, unsmiling, everything is too much trouble for them!

Like most staff in all Lloyds shops - Untrained Pharmacists advices useless a general 'couldn't care less attitude' - only here for my wages. Plus a very poor stock list.
