Burnham

This review is not about this branch, but its replacement at Burnham Health Centre. I went to pick up a prescription for my wife, and when I asked for it they gave me an item for myself, which was presumably not included in my last prescription, but which they did not bother to tell me about at the time of collection. This could have been very inconvenient if I had needed the item urgently, and was picking up the prescription before going away on holiday. I also rang before going to collect my wife's prescription, to check that it was available, which it was, and they told me that they were shutting at 11.45am. The Opening Time advertised on your Website for this branch is until 12 noon on a Saturday, and if, as I might well have done, I had arrived there at 11.50, and they were closed, I would not have been very happy. I frequently went to the previous branch at 5.45pm to collect a prescription, only to find that, despite they were supposedly open until 6pm, they were already closed. On several occasions I was not the only person trying to obtain prescriptions, and other goods, just before they were scheduled to shut. This can cause great inconvenience, and is particularly annoying, when, as I had to do, I finished work early, and fought my way through heavy traffic, in order to get to the branch before they supposedly closed. Please ensure that all branches open, and close, at the times that they are supposed to, otherwise there is no point in publishing Opening Times on the Website. Please note my 0% answer to "Did I trust the advice given by the staff", is given because I did not receive any advice
