Boots Pharmacy Slough

Seem to be unable to handle repeat prescriptions. I have a rather large repeat list every 8 weeks, nearly every time there is a problem, they usualy blame the surgery (not their fault) or tell me that I have already collected my prescription!!! My worry is that at the moment I can get to the chemist, if I was to ill and a friend/relative went to collect them they would easily be fobbed off with excuses.. I only use them because they are the only chemist to carry stocks of my main medications. I have tried others but the carry zero stock and if they forget to order in I would have to go without.
