Staff are always very friendly and obliging, I'm very sad that the lady sight tester is leaving, she is lovely , I wish her all the best in whatever she will be doing and Ronnie is lovely and remembered I'd ordered coloured lenses and asked how I was getting on with them .

I have worn glasses now for around 10 years and this was by far the best experience I have had when visiting an Opticians. Everyone I met at Boots in Wimborne was helpful and I felt they cared about me and - importantly - had the time to help, (unlike like my "conveyor belt" experience with Specsavers last year). I was even given a cup of tea while I waited for my appointment. I would highly recommend this branch of Opticians. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure that my experience was great. I particularly liked the way the Optometrist explained "Why" tests were being done and what the results would show. I have also never had so much positive assistance in choosing frames before. Well done Boots!
