When i arrived for my appointment i was greeted by grace who took me in to do the various eye tests before seeing Sasha the Optician.Grace was very friendly and explaining what the tests were and i found that very helpful being visually impaired.Sacha the opticician was very approachable and friendly and was very helpful in getting help that i needed for my disability so felt very relieved and thankful.Louie was brilliant in helping me choose my next 2 pairs of glasses so thankyou Louie for that.I would definately recommend Boots opticicians in Wimborne they are friendly,approachable and a great team Thank you for your care.Miss Kay Holloway.

i would never go anywhere else, after visiting the Wimborne branch, wonderful staff all of them, many thanks go to Louie, Libby, Louie for telling me which glasses to have, i love them, Libby, for being so helpful, and friendly, then of course Simon, wow you are fantastic, as an optician, and makes people feel so relaxed, well done to you all, Valerie Santana.

I went to Boots today and found the whole experience very good. I was seen on time and ushered into have tests done before I saw Sasha the optometrist. She was very professional and explained things to me and very thorough. She then passed me on to Louis to choose my frames. He was very helpful and let me take my time to select the best ones, also explaining different options to me. All in all a unhurried and relaxed experience and the price was good too. I will send my husband to them too.
