I was treated with courtesy and found the whole experience relaxing and unhurried. The atmosphere was peaceful and on a very warm day the cool temperature was much appreciated.

Eye test was very professionally conducted but on arrival I was asked why I'd booked one as it wasn't due. I'd booked the test in response to a letter from Boots saying I was due for one so perhaps a more joined up approach would be useful.

Was greeted by very a very friendly member of staff who explained exactly what the preliminary tests were for and these were carried out in a very friendly and efficient way. The Optometrist was very friendly and explained the picture of my eye in layman's terms, which was very interesting. The eye test was carried out with complete professionalism but in a relaxed way. I wanted to go to contact lenses and she fully explained the options to me. I have already recommended a friend.

Gill the clinician was very good,easy to understand and no dramatics,discussed my prescription at length.Roney was also very helpful with regards to choice of frames and lense,all in all a pleasant experience,just a slight hiccup with appointment.
