I visited Boots in Wimborne to see if my aged mother's glasses could be repaired. I saw the assistant manager Roney Cabral who took the time and trouble to replace one of the side arms and a 'nose support'. He also cleaned both of the lens and adjusted the fitting. He declined any payment and did all this with a smile. Well done and thank you!

Very helpful and informative. Both the Optometrist Gillaine and Dispenser Andy were very friendly and helpful.

Gill the optometrist was very pleasant and thorough. Zabir as dispenser was so good he managed to sell me two pairs and a pair to my husband who was only there to accompany me!
