I only used this branch to purchase a pair of glasses with a prescription from a previous eye examination. Rooney was very helpful and friendly but was still very professional. I would have no problem with using this shop again.

I had no trouble at all with my reading glasses; all good. However there were some problems with my prescription sunglasses, which eventually were sorted out,thanks especially to Roney, who was absolutely brilliant. The professional service he provided was so good, and so rare these days. Thank you, Roney!

Carolyn is an absolute delight. She was professional yet very kind and gentle with my 86 yr old Mum and extremely good when my husband chose 2 pairs of glasses 2 days later. Apart from Carolyn - all the staff are just great - Ronnie(?) the assistant manager is excellent and also worth a special mention

My optometrist was called Gill and she was super efficient and helpful. Lisa helped me find frames that suited me and Roney fitted my new glasses when they arrived. Both were extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you
