I would like to commend two members of staff in Wimborne, Nigel and Ashley. I had a problem with my new glasses and was made to feel it was my fault, after a number of visits Ashley asked what the problem was I told her she saw the manager who made an immediate appointment with Nigel. Nigel sorted the problem I was having and Ashley kept me informed all the way through. These two members of staff know exactly what customer service is all about and having worked with the public so do I. Well done to both of you Jean Hooker

I had a eye test the other day with Zabir, who was very lovely and great to chat with, although there was no change in my prescription. I afterwards asked behind the desk if someone could take a look at my glasses due to the nosepads leaving marks and David was kind enough to assist me. Very lovely team.

Optometrist Sharon made my Mothers visit for a Diabetic Screen very easy as my mother was in a wheelchair. Everything was well explained and we where made to feel welcome and at ease. Would thoroughly recommend Boots Opticians in Wimborne Minster.

Zakir (Optometrist) and Lewis (Dispenser) showed great professionalism today along with being very friendly and informative during my Contact lens and Glasses check up. They answered all my questions and gave me confidence that all was good with my tests. They both gave good advice on the new glasses, (lenses and style) and I came away feeling a lot of care was given to keep my eyes still feeling and looking good! There was no rush, Lewis was patient and honest while I picked a new style of glasses. I cannot think how there could be any improvement on my visit today. I have not met either of these gentlemen before and hope they will still be there at the next check-up! Thank you for the ‘discount’ offered on glasses and contact lenses. It does make a difference to the cost and also adds to the Boots points! Christine Tricks

My 6 year old son has worn glasses for a few years and loves playing sports, so decided he wanted to try contact lenses. We met with Nigel who was brilliant and he talked us both through what would happen. On the second visit he put the contact lenses in Jakes eyes and was excellent at keeping Jake calm and comfortable. We then met with Ashleigh and had lessons and practice on how Jake puts the contacts in and takes them out. This took 3 visits! Ashleigh was super patient and great with Jake. Thank you so much! Amazing service all round!
