I did not have an appointment but merely popped in on spec hoping that someone could look at the arm of my glasses which had become very stiff. The Dispensers Roney and Melanie could not have been more helpful. They sorted the problem and did not charge me. This was despite the fact that these glasses were not even bought from Boots. What excellent customer service. I think I will be going there for my next eye test!!
