From the moment I stepped into Boots Opticians in Wimborne Minster the service was 1st class. Staff were well informed, polite, friendly and efficient taking great care of me. The Dispensing Optician Andy is a highly skilled communicator who took me through the various tests with care, attention and kindness. I felt as ease at all times. Further tests undertaken by the Optometrist Zabir were completed with patience, taking time to answer questions and explaining carefully the lens options available. It was time to chose new glasses and the Andy the Dispensing Optician was fantastic, providing honest supportive comments as I worked through a large number of glasses. Two pairs were chosen, contemporary classics in different coloured frames with Andy's expert assistance. I can say with honesty that the the service provided by Andy the Dispensing Optician was outstanding, the finest service I've ever received in an Opticians. I'd recommend Boots Opticians in Wimborne Minster, Andy, Zabir and the team provided an exceptional service.
