Roney in Boots Opticians in Wimborne was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help as my daughter had broken her glasses and had no spare pair. He phoned all local branches to try and find the same frames to see if he could swap the lenses so she wouldn't be Without glasses but unfortunately this wasn't possible. He offered excellent customer service and we left feeling he did all he could do to help. well done and thank you for all you did
