My contact lens appointment was very well organised and I felt very welcome. The staff who welcomed me and provided assistance post the appointment, Carolyn and Lisa was fantastic. The contact lense advisor was knowledgeable and very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The store itself is also very welcoming and clean. Due to the recommendation by the Contact Lense advisor I am now going to look at changing my prescription lenses to a more comfortable type with Boots.
