I had recently been in for an eye test at Boots Opticians in Wimborne and, as my prescription had changed, needed to order new glasses. Unfortunately when they arrived and I had tried them for a couple of days at home and work I realised that these particular lenses weren’t suitable for me. I went back into Boots and saw Lewis (one of the Dispensers) and explained my predicament as I was a little concerned having paid a lot of money for them. Lewis sat with me and reassured me straight away that it wasn’t a problem, and went through my options for the different lenses for reading and the computer explaining how each would work. Lewis spent a lot of time with me resulting in my going back in today to pick up my new glasses, (at no extra cost) and again spent the time making sure I was happy with them. Thank you Lewis for all your time and patience. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family.
