My daughter is working in Kenya and her puppy chewed her glasses and wrecked them. She phoned her opticians in Oxford street who said they couldn’t help as they couldn’t accept her payment over the phone. I went into our local branch of boots late Friday afternoon. I explained the problem to Roney. He was amazing. He rang her branch got all her details sent over, found the exact frames she already had and ordered them for her. He double checked all the details and as well as writing them down over the phone had them sent over immediately to ensure everything was correct.He will phone me as soon as they are ready and I can then send them to my daughter. He was really polite and helpful and a real star. I am definitely going there for my next pair of glasses.
