The whole process of the eye appointment was very good and efficient. On being told I required glasses, I was shown a wonderful range of designer glasses of which I bought a pair, before realising that Boots have their own range of much better value. I was a bit annoyed about this as they were stuck in a corner so no one would have known they were there had they not been shown as I was not!
