When i arrived for my appointment i was greeted by grace who took me in to do the various eye tests before seeing Sasha the Optician.Grace was very friendly and explaining what the tests were and i found that very helpful being visually impaired.Sacha the opticician was very approachable and friendly and was very helpful in getting help that i needed for my disability so felt very relieved and thankful.Louie was brilliant in helping me choose my next 2 pairs of glasses so thankyou Louie for that.I would definately recommend Boots opticicians in Wimborne they are friendly,approachable and a great team Thank you for your care.Miss Kay Holloway.
