I went to Boots today and found the whole experience very good. I was seen on time and ushered into have tests done before I saw Sasha the optometrist. She was very professional and explained things to me and very thorough. She then passed me on to Louis to choose my frames. He was very helpful and let me take my time to select the best ones, also explaining different options to me. All in all a unhurried and relaxed experience and the price was good too. I will send my husband to them too.
