The optometrist Helen was really nice and friendly, and I was pleased to hear she knew of my rare medical condition which has some links to short sightedness. The dispenser Erin was great, had a good sense of humour and was really helpful in advising on the glasses that suited me the best. Had an enjoyable experience there this afternoon choosing some new glasses, all the staff in there were really nice, helpful and cheerful!
