Helen & Steph at Boots always make you feel like a very valued customer and go the extra mile to help. I went into the store in desperation before I started work one day as the lenses I was wearing were not in correctly and I couldn't see clearly. They immediately gave me a spare pair of lenses and then they even gave me a few extra contact lenses to keep in my desk at work so it didn't happen again ! Four star service ! and much appreciated....
