Nearly all the staff were friendly and helpful, explaining all aspects of the eye test and the options and prices when buying my new glasses. The check in was the one area that was disappointing. When I arrived I was directed where to wait. I was there for five minutes before someone asked my name and checked me in. I then sat for a further ten to fifteen minutes before someone called me in. This was twenty minutes after my appointment time. It wasn't until this point that the process was explained to me that some actions such as photographing my retinas were undertaken prior to the actual eye test. No one apologised for the delay or offered any explanation for it. In all the reception process gave me the impression that I was of no value.
