A lot of confused and unclear people on the shop floor. Lots of big smiles and declarations of intent but not many people really engaging. Had to repeat myself quite a bit to be understood. Optometrists were totally professional.

The optometrist, whose name I can't remember unfortunately, was very good. She explained everything she was doing, and was really thorough. Even asking me to re-do one of the tests on the computer, when she spotted me back at the opticians with my children later that day. She thought I should have got it 100% right...which I then did! I would highly recommend her, and the practice as a whole.

Rose was very caring and considerate and she spent a lot of time ensuring that I got the most appropriate contact lenses for me.
