The assistant was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful, providing me with total customer care as I selected and purchased some prescription glasses. I would have liked the optometrist to introduce herself by name however the first assistant who conducted some initial tests did introduce herself.

Once I was seen initially both people who conducted my eye assessment were incredibly professional, clear and helpful. The only thing I would improve is the amount of time it took to get someone's attention on the shop floor to tell them I had an appointment.
