The optometrist Mrs. Rose was great and very attentive. She explained every step very clearly and gave a very balanced assessment of what I should do and what my sight improvement required.

Staff were very welcoming, and during the eye test everything was explained very clearly. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Staff were very helpful in assisting with choice and type of glasses, all clearly explained. Although there are lots of glasses to choose from, the pair that the assistant, thought would be ideal for me was not there, I felt perhaps there could have been a more extensive range, only one pair that I felt suited me. Overall very pleased with my choice of Optician.
