It was a great experience which they gave me a clear idea as to what is going on with my eyes. As I went by myself I didn't get to choose my glasses and I wanted to come with my mum to choose them they told me to come in another time .. Thry were really friendly and kind and I love the fact that they treated me Nice even though I didn't bring my mum

My experience with the optometrist was faultless. I was made to feel very realxed and looked after well. The general staff who took me for my preliminary tests we're not quite as welcoming or relaxing. I felt rushed and had to return to them for more tests we didn't have time for in the first instance. Over all I had a pleasurable experience but this was down to the optometrists care.
