I was served by a young woman when setting up my appointment and she struggled for a long time with the bookings system. I was served by a very young man who over saw the pre-consulatation eye tests, he had to keep referring to another colleague. I felt that both of these young people could have benefited from more training - both on how to use the equipment they were using and how to give good customer service. The optometrist Rose, was as helpful as ever.
