During my visit to look at frames the staff gave me space to look on my own. None of that 'are you ok, can I help you every few minutes'. After about 15 mins browsing I was approached and I said I was fine. I went to the counter several times to no bother of any of the assistants there who answered all my questions. I then had some health checks done and waited for a couple more minutes u til I was called in to see optician. Appointment went smoothly, she answered all questions I had and gave suggestions. I then sat with another employee who 'did the paper work's and told me when to come in and pick up glasses. I cannot think of anything that would have made my visit any more enjoyable/easy.
