Staff members were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a new optician after receiving poor service from my old optician and Boots won me over straight away. I love my new glasses! They're good quality, plus the glasses cover was affordable. Thanks Boots

Unfortunately my experience of boots opticians was not as positive as hoped. I’ve always gone to spec savers and will be going back there. I attended Boots to pick up my new specs today, which were the top of the range varifocal, to improve my vision, to discover they had my specs ready but the wrong frames. So disappointed and annoyed. These were expensive and now I have to wait another week before I get my improved glasses. I felt the member of staff did not care and was told in a non apologetic manner that my glasses would take another week. I now feel that my glasses prescription will be wrong too. I will not be going back to boots for eye testing or buying new glasses.

I arranged the appointment through the online service. Unfortunately, when I arrived for the appointment there was no record of it in the system. The optician Karen Boyd, cut short her lunch hour to ensure that I was accommodated. Excellent customer care throughout the session.

I had an extremely pleasant visit to this store. All assistants were very helpful as i am not great at making decisions. They helped me narrow the choices down and were so patient. Even got some of the other girls to give opinions. Think their names were Lisa, robin and jorgie.

The optometrist was extremely helpful and confident in his diagnosis of my eye condition!

Extremely friendly and informative about my situation and prescription. As a change in my prescription was suggested I was given a trial number of contacts to try in the outside environment to ensure the change was suitable. Once I had done this I phoned to inform her the change was indeed ok. Check undertaken in store was both thorough and very professionally carried out.
