Boots Opticians Falkirk - High Street

I attended Boots optician in Falkirk for an emergency appointment for an eye infection I picked up. (I get my contact lenses from there so this was my point of contact). The staff were amazing (as always). They fitted me in the next morning and gave me a thorough examination. They created a space for me should I have needed it the following day and gave me a routine 3 days later appointment if I didn’t need the emergency one. Douglas was fabulous. Very caring and putting my mind at ease. The rest of the team I saw were also great. The other optician, (sorry I didn’t get your name), Julie and Allana on the front desk. Keep up the great work guys. It’s much appreciated.

The staff make you feel very comfortable.they do not rush you either . I would definitely recommend them

I was seen by Andrew Brannen and with his expertise, he was able to rectify the problems with my lenses which had been ongoing for about ten months.

Staff were friendly. As I'm hard of hearing, I would suggest somewhere quieter is found for the initial questioning e.g.name , address etc. Being in a big, open, uncarpeted area with others around and other extraneous noises is not conducive to hearing if you are slightly deaf, even with hearing aids as I have. I would imagine many of your clients are older and the chance of them not hearing well will be quite high.

Good customer service

Very helpful as always. 4 eye tests co-ordinated for 3 children, 1 who needs additional support and Mum all in one morning. As stress free as it could be. Floor staff fab and great at helping kids choose and understand what glasses they need. Also showed so much patience at answering my 9 year olds never ending questions!

The tests are thorough and not rushed the staff explain everything their doing and how tests work and put you at ease.
