All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Tracey comes in for special praise. Listening to the type of glasses I wanted and suggesting frames which suited me and clearly explaining the various options available. A great sense of humour and made me feel relaxed and getting the best possible attention. I enjoyed the whole experience now waiting for the glasses next week. Very quick service!!!

The staff particularly Tracey and Michelle were very helpful. Tracey spent time explaining the different options on lenses and which she felt would be best for me but leaving the discussion to me. Tracey, Michelle and Lionel Rathnasiri, the optometrist, made a stressful visit easier due to their kindness and care.

My partner and I were seen by Lionel (for my eye test), Adaku (for his eye test), Steve (for my contact lenses) and the lovely Ash (for frames and lenses). My partner is disabled and they were all so kind, patient and helpful, as were all the staff there, and they couldn't do enough for us. A special mention needs to go out to Ash, for her knowledge, patience and extremely good suggestions! Thank you all.
