While the ordering of the glasses was not straight forward since my glasses had not been delivered on time, the staff were very helpful and polite. However, I would suggest that they check the records sooner than an hour before my collection appointment to inform me that the glasses were not delivered. I think it would be good if the staff told customers that once you order the glasses, you cannot cancel your order. Other than that, very polite and friendly staff. If it wasn't for the great staff, I probably would look at visiting a different opticians. I was assisted by Laura and Tracey. Both made the situation much easier and friendlier.

Friendly, clear advice. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and had an excellent manner. All the staff were helpful and did not attempt to push upgrades / extras onto me. This is the 3rd time I have been to this branch and I will continue to do so :-)
