I previously went to the Boots Optican at Meadowhall in Sheffield as it was nearer to work. Last month I visited that store twice, but the layout had changed and I found it impossible to look at the glasses because tables are in the way and I had to keep disturbing people during their consultation to get past, so I gave up. Queen's Road is much better. I was able to look at all the frames with easy and was expertly helped by the very patient Ryan. Today I have picked up my new glasses and I am very pleased. Thank you.

I took my daughter for her first eye test although this was her first time and she didn't know what to expect the things could have been explained to her during test what they wanted her to do but all the staff were really friendly and very attentive The young may ryan was very helpful with choosing glasses for my daughter :-) Would be happy to return

Online I booked a contact lens check up. My issue is, I ended up getting a sight test and a glasses prescription which is not what I needed nor wanted, I went in needing a new contact prescription. I had my last sight test in January this year so I really don't understand why I was given a sight test, my optometrist didn't make it clear. I have now had to re-book a second appointment with a different optician on Saturday. The whole trip was a massive waste of time and it is not the first time that I have been dissapointed with the service I've been given at this particular branch.
