Was a little disappointed as there was a friendly welcome but the assistant that took pictures and pressure tests was distant and made me feel like I wasn't in the room. Then the optometrist also seemed to treat me the same as she was more interested in putting her own eye drops in didn't look at me and continued to yawn. Then there wasn't enough staff as was left to choose glasses then the assistant was constantly interrupted while speaking with me and when I said I couldn't order my glasses that day as running out off time because we had been there 2 hours and were going to cost me £270 suddenly passed me on to a trainee to finish my appointment and went on to the next customer. So all in all a very disappointing visit in which I will not be returning.

Sight test was done promptly. The Optometrist wasn't particularly welcoming but did explain my prescription well, as this was my 1st pair of glasses it was good to have an explanation. I was then left waiting for over an hour following the sight test for someone to assist in choosing frames and complete the order which resulted in my visit lasting approximately 2 1/2 hours. I feel that this process could be improved by having more staff, particularly staff that are qualified to check prescriptions as I was notified that there was only 2 available that were able to do this at that time.

I took my mum for her annual eye check. Other than having to wait 15 mins for her eye check up,the rest of the quality of service was excellent. Tracey was the lovely lady who looked after my mum following her eye sight test. She was very helpful, made my mum feel at ease, helped her come to the right decision about which pair of glasses to have. Explained everything fully to her. Exemplary customer service.. Would recommend the branch every time. Been coming for over 6 years for myself,my son, my husband and mum and cannot fault it.

I took my mother for her eyes testing she was looked after by Ryan, Aduku and Ash. Ash was really helpful in choosing frames and the lenses my mum has. My mum was very pleased.
