I am elderly and have always gone to Boots in the City but - not any longer - it will now always be Queens Road for me. Everyone I dealt with were so helpful and patient. My appointment was with Dan and I had a really thorough examination. All the time he was talking me through all he was doing and showing me the pictures of the back of my eyes. I felt very comfortable with his explanations and advice. I didn't have very long with Tracey but she was very friendly and professional. A good experience all round. Thank you.
