I came to collect my new glasses and was greeted with a warm smile by a lovely young lady called Tracey, I was asked to take a seat and she promptly went to get them, the frame was fully adjusted until fitting perfectly comfortably and she checked that my vision was clear and sharp. Tracey is friendly, polite and has a warm personality and is a great asset to your company.
