Share review of Boots Opticians Sheffield - Queens Road
On entering Boots mythoughts improved. thiswas caused by smiling faces and easy administration. When reaching the required position I received kindly adjustments. I find the dots test for periferal cataracts easy at the start but difficult with longer concentration.. All the tests were taken and where necessary the agent went to consult with a superior. Then where deemed necessary the test was extended. At the end the optometrist informed me that Iwas reaching the point where I would need an operation and I was asked about timing of work needed.I opted for earlier rather than later. After consultation the earlier option was taken. Then came an easy time of selecting a new pair of spectacles. Then a period of information about the effects of the operation. This was all reassuring and easily communicated. After a period of recovery and conversation I left Boots less concerned, looking forward to the future.
