I am a Boots customer and when my glasses broke I went straight to the Opticians on Queens Rd Sheffield. I was met by Tracey who was extremely helpful and got me an appointment that day! My annual eye check was due so I had a contact lens by Steve and eye test by a trainee optician all within about an hour. My prescription has changed so I ordered new glasses and different contact lenses. I work full time and was very grateful for the excellent and very quick service I received from all the staff.
