When I arrived for my eye test appointment I found that I had been booked in for a contact lens consultation. This was somewhat as a surprise as I had not requested this. I was en enthalpy told that although they we fully booked, they would squeeze me in. I was not happy about this as this would mean either other customers appointments being delayed or a rushed consultation. As it happened they said someone had not turned up so I had their appointment. The staff were apologetic and tried to put things right for which I was pleased, but I understand that a lot of part time staff are employed which means no one knew who had made the error in booking. This leads me to conclude that the error could not be followed up and out right
