Online I booked a contact lens check up. My issue is, I ended up getting a sight test and a glasses prescription which is not what I needed nor wanted, I went in needing a new contact prescription. I had my last sight test in January this year so I really don't understand why I was given a sight test, my optometrist didn't make it clear. I have now had to re-book a second appointment with a different optician on Saturday. The whole trip was a massive waste of time and it is not the first time that I have been dissapointed with the service I've been given at this particular branch.
