The whole experience was very good, from booking the appointment through to the eye test. Sophie who saw me first and conducted the initial eye test was very pleasant and professional. The optician, Mrs Shirazi-Nejad, was also extremely pleasant and explained things thoroughly. All in all I was very happy with the total service received.
