I was assisted by TRACEY, who is the star of Boots Opticians, Queens Road, Sheffield. I was beginning to lose hope that Boots would be able to sort my glasses out but I was finally handed over to Tracey & through her expertise and diligence I have ended up satisfied & completely happy with both my ordinary glasses & my sunglasses. I had my eyes tested but when I came to have the glasses fitted, they were completely wrong- in fact, the lenses were in the wrong frames- the sunglasses lens were in the ordinary glasses. So... back they went. the next time I tried them, my sight was still totally blurred. I insisted on a new eye test. I did take the pairs of glasses home & tried them for 2 days. They were not good. I took them back, had another eye test. This showed up a discrepancy between the prescriptions. This was where Tracy stepped in.She was incredibly thorough checking the differences between the prescriptions & her friendly reassuring attitude gradually gave me the confidence to try for the third time with the glasses. They are now perfect. I only wish the others that work on the shop floor would take some customer relations training from Tracey. She is definitely the only person I would deal with from now on.
