I have only given 1 star in the ease of making an appointment because on more than one occasion I have great difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone, and when I have, again one more than one occasion have been cut off while the person has gone to find my notes. This as happened when calling my local branch & main phone operative. This means I have to travel to the opticians to make an appointment in person. However I cannot fault the excellent service when I do see the optometrist, all the staff are excellent.
