I wasn't looking forward to having my eyes tested but decided to go with boots based solely on the free eye test and a boots advantage card offer I'd received. The eye test itself was informative and the optometrist explained things well but the overall friendliness and cheerful attitude of ALL the staff I was spoken to by definitely made a huge difference and is probably the most likely factor in me choosing to go back to Boots opticians again in future. They were all lovely and made something I wasn't looking forward to at all much more comfortable.
